Pat Gallagher is the managing partner at TransAtlantic Services. His areas experience includes Corporate Management, Legislative Action Plans, Acquisition Master Plans, Research and Development (R&D) Programs, Business Development and Sales activities for U.S. and international defense contractors. He has conducted business start-up activities for three European defense companies establishing US subsidiaries.

Mr. Gallagher’s work on behalf of clients over the years has resulted in sales and program values in excess of $2.5B. His areas of expertise include the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and the Domestic Counterterrorism communities. He has directed the efforts of over 35 prime and sub-contractors engaged in disparate development tasks under multiple contract vehicles.

Mr. Gallagher’s clients have included Beretta Defense Technologies, Zeiss Optronics, L-3/ EOTech, Rockwell Collins, Systems Planning Corporation, Kongsberg Protech (Norway), Simrad Optronics, SAIC, Cubic Corporation, American Defense International, SFI Financial, Rheinmetall Defense (Germany), Heatgear (Denmark), LC Industries, TrustComm, and O3b Networks.

Mr. Gallagher is a retired Army special operations officer with 25 years of service. In 2003, he served as a Military News Analyst for three major television networks during Operation “Iraqi Freedom”. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture.
